We love the opportunity to help people have allergens-free and disease-free homes, yet understand that sometimes a return or refund is necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 90 days from the date of the delivery to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@uvizone.com. Please state your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your item.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return address and you will then have to ship your product(s) to our warehouse.

Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment. In most cases, the refund from your return will take 5-7 business days to post in your original form of payment.
The following conditions must be met in order to qualify for a refund:
A return must be requested within 90 days of your delivery date. The company does not provide refunds for requests made outside of 90 days of delivery date. At the company's discretion, a store credit may be issued in these cases.
You must return the product to receive a refund. All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
We will refund the cost of the product to your original payment method, less any shipping and handling charges you paid.
